With over forty-two years of real estate experience, Karen faithfully serves her clientele in markets ranging from beautiful, estates in Baltimore County to penthouses in Harbor East or waterfront homes on Gibson Island. Nationally recognized as a Top Producer since 1996, this seasoned professional and noted local authority in the luxury real estate arena has represented many of the area’s most notable properties. An Accredited Buyer Broker, Hubble Bisbee has guided many home buyers in their quest to find the perfect specialty property.

Granddaughter of L. L. Hubble, who in 1918 founded The Hubble Company Real Estate, Karen is the third generation in her family to pursue a career in real estate. Licensed in 1977, Bisbee became full-time agent following graduation from Hollins College in 1981. Karen was a partner in The Hubble Company from 1983 until the firm’s merger with W.H.C. Wilson & Co. in 1990. In 1996, Hubble Bisbee and her mother, Nancy Hubble, joined O’Conor, Piper and Flynn, which went on to become Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. There the nationally recognized team were Top Producers for the company from 1996 through 2015. In October 2015, the Hubble Bisbee Group left Coldwell Banker and opened their own office in Green Spring Station under the banner of Long & Foster / Christie’s International Real Estate where Karen Hubble Bisbee has been Top Producer for Long & Foster since that time.

Karen is a Life Member of the Real Estate Million Dollars Association and has served as Vice Chair of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR) Condo/Cooperative Committee and as a member of GBBR’s Public Relations and Arbitration Committees. She achieved her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations and is an Associate Broker with the firm. Karen has been voted Baltimore’s Best Upscale Realtor by Baltimore Magazine with residential sales in excess of a billion dollars n the last decade.

A three-term President of the Hollins College Alumnae Association, Karen has been actively involved with the Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA), having served as First Vice Chairperson of BMA’s Women’s Committee, Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. She also sat on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Friends of the American Wing. She previously chaired the Hunt Valley Antiques Show and served on the Maryland Historical Society’s Galleries and Accessions Committee. In 2009, Bisbee was honored by the Maryland High School Athletic Directors Association as “Volunteer of the Year” for her work with the Bryn Mawr School, from which her daughter graduated in 2009. Karen was an active volunteer at the Georgetown University from 2009-2013. Bisbee currently sits on the Board of Directors of TLC Lacrosse, a local non-profit girl’s lacrosse club she co-founded in 2004 and has been a member of the Grand National Race Committee since 1993.

A native Baltimorean, Hubble Bisbee currently resides in Lutherville and Gibson Island with her husband, Stephen. Their daughter Abigail is the fourth generation of the family to hold a real estate license. Abby currently works in the Chairman’s Office at Christie’s Auction House, New York. As an Associate Client Relationship Manager, Abby supports the needs of Christie’s top clients as they build their collections.
