Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Boston University’s School of Management in 1992, and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University’s School of Law in 1997.
Paul began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor for the State of New Jersey. Paul left the prosecutor’s office in 1999, and spent the next 10 years successfully defending corporations, doctors, nurses and hospitals in Massachusetts, Maryland and Washington, D.C. against claims of negligence.
In 2009, Paul resigned his partnership at a prestigious Maryland defense firm and began working as a personal injury lawyer with The Cochran Firm.
In 2015, Paul founded D’Amore Personal Injury Law to pursue his vision of providing top quality, client focused representation to people catastrophically hurt by the negligence of others.The results Paul has achieved for his injured clients and their families have earned him numerous awards, including recognition as a Maryland and D.C. Super Lawyer, a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and Life Membership in the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums.
Paul resides in Crownsville, MD with his wife, Nicole, and their three children.
