James is the Operations Manager at the ARS of Maryland located in Laurel, Maryland. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of the HVAC and Plumbing Service lines. James works closely with the Call Center Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that ARS provides a great customer experience.Ā
As a career long HVAC professional, James has spent his 37-year career working in both the residential and commercial fields. He began his career as a tradesperson, servicing and installing equipment prior to pivoting into various management roles. James attended the ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) apprenticeship program at Montgomery College in Maryland and holds a State of Maryland Master HVAC/R and Master Gasfitter license.Ā
Over the past 25 years, James has held several leadership/management roles in the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical industries. He also serves as a mentor, an advocate for employee development and is a staunch supporter of technical and customer service training.
