KEY POINTS OF JUDGE WILLIAM'S VERDICT: No rough ride, no outward evidence of medical distress, failure to seatbelt not criminal.— JoyLepolaStewart (@jlepolastewart) June 23, 2016
This officer was the driver of the van Freddie Gray was being transported in after being arrested. Goodson chose a trial by judge rather than one by jury. He is the third in six officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray.
