Fox Baltimore reports:
Baltimore City Police are investigating an incident at Kipp Academy, the school is on lock down due to a "potential intruder," the Academy confirmed.
SWAT searched KIPP Academy, going room to room, securing the students and moving them to a bus, headed for Poly Western High School. Police asked that parents meet their children at Poly Western.
"KIPP Ujima Village Academy and KIPP Harmony went on heightened security status based on report of possible intruder," city schools said in a statement. "Students are safe. Police have responded and have secured the building. As an extra precaution students are being taken to Poly/Westermn Campus. Parents should pick children up from auditorium at Poly. Staff will remain with students until they are picked up."
